Where do you ship?

We offer worldwide shipping.

How much is shipping?

Complimentary shipping applies to orders of A$99 or more delivered to Australia and US$79 or more delivered to the United States. The threshold is based on your item subtotal after discounts, excluding taxes and shipping.

For orders below these thresholds and other destinations, our standard shipping rate is US$9 per order, shown in your checkout currency.

Can I return my order?

Yes. If you change your mind, email support@calvielle.com within 14 days of receiving your order. No reason is required. Include your order number and the pieces you would like to return; we will provide the correct warehouse address and return instructions.

You pay return postage for a change-of-mind return. Please pack your pieces securely and keep proof of postage. The items must be returned: this is not a refund-only offer. We process the refund to your original payment method after receiving the return, subject to any earlier deadline required by law.

This does not limit your statutory rights for faulty, damaged, incorrect or misdescribed goods. Where EU or UK cancellation rights apply, notify us within 14 days of delivery and send the goods back within 14 days of notifying us. Eligible payments, including standard outbound delivery where required, are refunded within the statutory period; where permitted, we may wait until the goods or evidence of dispatch are received, whichever is earlier. Mandatory local rights always take priority.

When will my order arrive?

Estimated delivery is 9–12 business days. This is an estimate; customs and local delivery conditions may affect the arrival date.

What do the millimetre options mean?

The mm options describe the diameter of each bead, not the bracelet’s circumference. A larger number means a larger bead. Available options vary by bracelet.

How do I choose a bracelet?

Check the product photographs, available bead diameters and any fit information on the product page. For help with the fit or a specific piece, contact us before ordering.

How can I get help with an order?
