These terms apply when you browse or shop at calvielle.com. Our online store is hosted on Shopify. For questions about these terms or an order, contact support@calvielle.com.

Shopping with Calvielle

Please provide accurate contact, billing and delivery information and use only payment methods you are authorised to use. Review your items, selected sizes, delivery details, currency and final total before submitting an order. If you notice an error, contact us promptly; changes may not be possible after dispatch.

Products and prices

The product page describes the item and available options. Images help illustrate the product; screen settings and lighting may affect how colours appear. This does not reduce your right to receive goods that match their description. Prices are shown in the selected currency. Applicable delivery charges, discounts and taxes collected by us are displayed at checkout before payment.

Order handling

We will contact you if we cannot fulfil an order or identify a material error. We will not substitute an item or charge an increased price without your agreement. If we cancel an order that has been paid for, we will refund the payment. Order updates are sent to the contact details provided at checkout.

Accounts and offers

Keep your account access secure and contact us if you suspect unauthorised use. Offers are subject to the eligibility, expiry and redemption conditions stated with that offer. Do not create duplicate accounts, automate claims or misuse another person's identity to obtain offers. Where an offer states one use per customer or prohibits combination with other discounts, those conditions apply. A refund or cancellation does not automatically restore a one-use offer unless its terms or applicable law require otherwise.

Please read our Shipping policy and Refund policy. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and do not remove any delivery or cancellation rights you have under applicable law.

Privacy and website use

Our Privacy policy explains how personal information is handled. Use this website lawfully. Do not attempt to access another customer's account, interfere with security, submit malicious content or use the store for fraudulent transactions. Website materials must not be copied or used commercially without permission from the relevant rights holder, except where the law permits.

Your legal rights

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits mandatory consumer guarantees, statutory cancellation rights, remedies for faulty or misdescribed goods, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. In particular, Australian Consumer Law rights and applicable mandatory protections in your country remain available. These terms do not impose compulsory arbitration or prevent you from using a court or regulator available under applicable law.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms for future use of the store. Changes do not retrospectively reduce your rights for an order already placed. Questions and complaints can be sent to support@calvielle.com.
